Terms & Conditions

This page is designed to give you transparency and peace of mind before every project begins.

Our commitment to transparency

We believe every homeowner deserves clear, fair terms before inviting a contractor into their home. The policy below explains how deposits, refunds, payments and project changes are handled so you can move forward with confidence.

Payment & Refund Policy

Fair terms for every project.

The following terms apply to all residential remodeling and renovation services provided by Grupo Constructor Medina LLC.

50% deposit required

A 50% deposit is required before any work begins to secure your project and reserve materials and crew time.

Full refund before work starts

If you decide to cancel your project before work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Deposit after work begins

Once work has begun or materials have been purchased specifically for your project, the deposit may no longer be fully refundable.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule, outlined in your written estimate.

Scope changes

Any changes to the original project scope may affect the final price and completion timeline. We document changes in writing before proceeding.

General terms

Working together, in writing.

All projects begin with a detailed written estimate that includes scope, materials, labor, timeline and payment schedule. By approving the estimate and providing the deposit, you agree to the terms outlined here and in your project-specific agreement.

We communicate changes clearly and in writing. If unexpected conditions arise during construction, we will discuss options, pricing and timeline impact before proceeding with additional work.

These terms are subject to change, but the terms in effect at the time your deposit is received will govern your project. If you have any questions, please contact us before work begins.
